Management Fee |
|
|
|
|
Our management fee for single family homes is 8.0% of the gross rent collected.
To get started, we collect $250 that is deposited to a reserve account which is
used for repairs if needed. There is NO SETUP FEE.
For each new lease, a fee of 75% of the first month's rent will be charged.
This fee includes all advertising for the property, which includes advertising on
our web site
www.farnsworthrealtytexas.com,
on our Rental Hotlist, in local newspapers and on national web sites such as
rentclicks.com.
Each lease renewal is $250. The only other monthly fee is a $7.75 charge for
postage and banking cost. Optionally, you can have Farnsworth pay you mortgage
each month for a small $25 monthly fee.
